Step 1: Starting the program
License information is displayed when you start the tool for the first time. The tool is free and only displays this information when it is opened on a PC for the first time.
Step 2: Add files
Drag and drop the desired file into the NewFileTime window.
Step 3: Adjust timestamp
You can change the timestamp by selecting Date and Time from the "#" menu. These options allow you to make small adjustments in single steps or enter a specific date and time.
- Quick adjustments: Using the "#" menu, you can change the date by days or the time by hours and minutes.
- Exact changes: Check or uncheck the desired timestamps (creation time, access time, modification time) in the corresponding fields and enter the desired date and time.
Step 4: Apply changes
Once the settings are made, click the Set Time button to save the changes.
Step 5: Remove files or import directories
Use the "Reset" function to remove files from the editing list. Use the "Import" option to add entire directories or directory trees:
