2. ServicePack installed on your OS
3. Internet Explorer version installed
4. The program name and version

For example:
Q-Dir 6.67 Windows-10 / OS build Ver. / 1703 15063.540 / IE11.0

Note for no. 3:
For Firefox users, even if you don't use MS Explorer:
The installed MS Internet Explorer has a significant
influence on the operating system, and other programs!

Damit ich den Fehler schneller lokalisieren und beheben kann,
bitte ich um folgende Angaben:

1. Installiertes Betriebssystem : Windows 10/8.1/7/XP/2003 …
2. Aktuelles Servicepak auf Ihrem Betriebssystem
3. Installierter Internet Explorer

Natürlich den Programmnamen und Version

Zum Beispiel:
Q-Dir 2.99 Windows-10 / OS build Ver. / 1703 15063.540 / IE11.0

zu 3:
Für Firefoxuser, auch wenn Sie MS I-Explorer nicht nutzen:
Der installierte Microsoft Internet Explorer hat einen
erheblichen Einfluss auf das Betriebssystem, ebenso auf andere Programme!
