First things first. I thank you for this utility it works very good. I need a little help. This is actually a Vista question. I created a shortcut on my desktop to e:\Program Files\Q-Dir\Q-Dir.exe to start the program. The problem is that it always asks me do I trust this program to run and I have to click ALLOW button. How do I stop this?
Thanks for the help, Sid Saxon

I hope this will help you !

I'm looking for the solution!
What i want to do is make your program the default explorer. That is when I open a program I want it to use your software. and I want to change the WINLOGOKEY to your program.

To have a tab for quick links to favorites (similar to Firefox).
Also, to be able to set keyboard shortcuts for specific favorites folders (similar to xplorer2).

I have some suggestions to make Q-Dir better.
In addition, it would be better if the "Show hidden files & folders" option can be toggled quickly with a hot key. I usually prefer not to see the hidden folders, but sometimes it is necessary to access them quickly and temporally. It is painful to bring up the option dialog and check it on and off every time. Actually there are some other file managers supporting that feature, and it is very convenient!

Another global hotkey to activate the Q-Dir window
May I suggest some improvements though: -configurable keyboard shortcuts. xplorer2 has some great default ones, including ctrl-k to go to your "my documents" folder, as well as ctrl-backspace to go to "Desktop".

I want to write a report, or a list of files that I have in a directory.
I want to write a report, or a list of files that I have in a directory. Nowadays I do it with the syntaxis: dir *.* /s /b >Informe.txt but the result it not very practice because is not a graphic form.

I would like to use it in Linux
Using Wine and on a Mac using Darwine. It seems to work perfectly except for one problem. The text in the selection buttons at the top for toggle, 3 dir, etc. is not visible. All other text including drop downs and baloons is good.

About the auto-focus bit when mouse hovers other listview which I mentioned before.
This results from my explorer being set to web mode (single click runs program, hover selects) It is therefor not so a bug in Q-Dir. Apologies if I made this impression/mistake.

I encountered one problem: I cannot open a document (e.g. a Word document) from a web folder by double clicking on it.
I do al lot of testing, so I prefer to adapt to the standards of my academy, wich unfortunally is IE6. That's why upgrading to IE7 is not my fist choice.
