Converting bin file types to iso files can be used on almost any MS OS, such as: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 10 Home,
Windows 8.1, Windows 8.1 Enterprise and Pro, Windows 8, Windows 8 Enterprise and Pro,

, X64, x86 and x32 all Windows, MS Windows Server 2019, 2016,2012, .
The inspiration was the following fact:
A standard 74-minute CD has 333,000 sectors.
In PC MODE1, each sector is 2352 bytes in size and contains 2048 bytes of data.
In PSX or VCD Mode2 it is 2336 bytes of data, or 2352 bytes of audio data.
The difference between sector, size and content is the header information and the error correction codes.
For large data, high precision is required for e.g. VCD a small and none at all for audio.
When extracting data in RAW format, there are always exactly 2352 bytes per sector.
It does not vary between 2048/2336/2352 bytes depending on the data type.
In essence, you always extract the entire sector.
Thus, a conversion from BIN to ISO is not a big art.

Why convert other formats to ISO?
I think that users who have a lot of files are repeatedly confronted with which program for the corresponding image format, then the hard drive is flooded with dozens of image formats and there are hundreds of file formats. The BIN image format is often declared as IMG, MDF, ... because some manufacturers like to hide that it is a simple BIN image. Sometimes to prevent it from being converted. The BIN image requires more space on the hard disk than the ISO format and that with the same data content and this can lead to a decent amount of space on the hard disk if there are several BIN files!
