307=### 1. Operating Concept: Place or Work

310=* **Edit Mode (Not fixed):** In this mode, you can freely position the rulers on the screen. Each ruler can be grabbed and moved with the mouse.
311=* **Ghost Mode (Fixed):** As soon as you click **"Fix"**, all rulers are locked in their positions. They no longer respond to the mouse. Clicks pass directly through to the underlying programs, allowing you to work undisturbed.
