How can I set the order of the individual PDF pages?


If you have scanned multiple PDF pages, you can easily remove individual PDF pages, or change the order in WinScan2PDF  on your Windows 11, 10, ... etc. MS OS

1.) Sorting the PDF pages using the practical right click menu!

To do this, click the right mouse button in the list view (... see Image-1 Arrow-1).

Move to Top  If the page should appear first in the PDF file.
Move Up  Move the page one level up, in the PDF file.
Move Down  Move the page one level down, in the PDF file.
Move to Bottom    If the page should appear last in the PDF file.
   
Delete  At a faulty scan you can remove the corresponding page.

Thereafter, the context menu listing will appear: "upward": To the side is a level to move up "down".. To one level to move the page down "All the way down": If the page to be displayed as last in the PDF file and    "Delete": When a faulty scan you can remove the corresponding page.

So anyone can arrange the "PDF pages" by simply "dragging and dropping" and it can also be implemented by Inexperienced PDF creators without having to resort to the somewhat complicated method namely the list view context menu the order of the individual PDF pages .
