1. Folder-Shortcuts/Quick-Links or program starts with a relative path, much more useful, primarily for portable use of Q-Dir.
2. Address bar similar to the Vista address bar
3. New languages in Q-Dir: Korean and Dutch
4. Several small bugs and fixes
