When Unicode version and when Ansi version?


Unicode is better for all Windows 11, 10, ... desktop and server operating systems, you just don't need / can't use it with Windows 98 or ME!

Non-Unicode is for all Windows systems :
Win98, 2000-2008, XP, Vista, Windows-7 x86 and x64

Unicode is for all Windows NT systems :
Server 2000-2022, XP, Vista, Windows-7 x86 and x64
