1. Keyboard shortcut Windows + D to focus the desktop2. Click on a free space on the desktop
3. As always> New > Create shortcut
4. As target powershell
5. As name for example PowerShell

2.) Run PowerShell as administrator and pin to Start!
1. Right-click on the ► Powershell desktop shortcut that you just created
2. Start directly as administrator
3. Or attach it to Start
