The folder size evaluation does not start with Windows!
It is easy to start the HD, SSD memory evaluator with Windows, or enable it in Windows 10, 8.1, ... or MS Server OS!
Just enable or disable Auto Start depending on whether you want to start immediately with Windows Startup folder size evaluation, which is rarely the case. So simply:
File ► Autostart ► ...., and change the settings.
