The solution to Create Web Internet Shortcut in the Windows 10 Start Menu!
The Windows 10 home screen is basically a replacement for the old boot menu, which just recently has an app store function. These are features that make desktop users desperate, especially Windows 7 and XP. But the adjustment is limited here. For some things in Windows 10, it's easier to paste tiles to the splash screen. Nevertheless the solution here!
