Create a new scan profile in order not to repeat settings!

Creating a new scan profile is useful so that you don't have to repeat the settings every time before scanning!

It is very easy to create additional scan profiles with the MS WIA interface! Use the new scan profile for recurring scan tasks on different scanners and work faster!

Configure your default settings:

Open WinScan2PDF and configure your scan settings exactly as you want them for your typical scans. This includes options such as resolution, color mode, page size and all other settings.
Save a template profile:

After you set up the scan settings you want, you can save this configuration as a template. Go to the Tools menu (or the corresponding menu option in your version of WinScan2PDF) and look for an option like “Save Settings” or “Save Profile”.
Save this template with a meaningful name, e.g. B. “Standard profile” or “Standard scan”.

Load the template for future scans:

When launching WinScan2PDF for future scans, load the saved template profile by going to the File menu (or equivalent) and selecting Load Settings or Load Profile.
Select your saved template and your preferred scanning settings will automatically load.
While this method isn't as easy as using dedicated scanning profiles in the software, it allows you to maintain a consistent set of scanning settings and quickly apply them to your scans.
