What is color depth?


Alternatively referred to as bit depth, pixel depth, color depth refers to the number of bits per pixel on a computer monitor!

Today, 32-bit colors are the most common color depth on desktop computers and is a very accurate and natural representation of colors with theoretically over 4 billion different colors!  

As technology and available system resources have increased, color depth has also increased. There are different color depths on the computer.

A color depth of 32 bits is only an advantage and you don't have to make any compromises in terms of color depth, why even if it's technically possible!
