How do I use 3-D text in Office presentation or document?
Using 3-D text is very popular in Office presentations or documents, whether it's PowerPoint, Word or any other MS Office document!
Everyone is probably familiar with rotated text in Word, this example below was created in PowerPoint, but can also be pasted into a plain Word document (Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V), or by doing/repeating the same steps.
1.) Adding 3D Text in PowerPoint Presentation!
1.First create your text as WordArt. This will help create the 3D effect you want, From the Insert tab
2. From the Insert tab, select WordArt, then choose a style for your presentation or document
3. Optionally, you can add more effects by adding a 3D -Add rotation or add other effects via the selection of "shape effects"

To refine these effects you can add a reflection, for example. Play around with a few options to find the perfect 3D setting for your purpose.

2.) Why do I need 3D texts in my PowerPoint presentation?
These are used to improve the visuals of the presentation or document, but as always, less is often more. When you create three-dimensional text for your slideshow or document, remember to use it selectively and sparingly. Too many effects in your document can ruin the professional look of your document!
