Problems when running in admin mode as standard user and password!

The problem when running in admin mode as standard user and password was fixed in version 4.04? / Improved!

The focus fell again on the alternative run dialog for Windows, which is because of the focus detection, since the admin program has higher rights than Run-Command, it has no access to the program, it should now improve, an aggressive query almost like a hack function!

Please just test,

if it is not enough I will make further improvements, Windows 10 is not always Windows 10, it has a own life, almost a little AI or something else ;-)
