The solution to Create Web Internet Shortcut in the Windows 10 Start Menu, for all Windows 10 MS OS!The Windows 10 home screen is basically a replacement for the old boot menu, which just recently has an app store function. These are features that make desktop users desperate, especially Windows 7 and XP. But the adjustment is limited here. For some things in Windows 10, it's easier to paste tiles to the splash screen. 2.) Copy the Internet Desktop Shortcut to Windows 10 start.
Please open the Start-Menu in Folder in Windows 10 via Windows+R and the command Shell:Programs(... see Image-2 Arrow 1 to 3)
and now copy the shortcut from the Windows 10 Desktop to Windows 10 Start-Menu! (Not Move create an Copy)
