The Solution to select In File Explorer Multiple Files or Folders! 

Navigate to the appropriate folder in which you want to select files and / or folders, click on View and activate  "Item check boxes" and you can easily mark files and / or folder. (... see Image-1 Point 1 to 3) 

 

Once you have checked the boxes next to the files for which you want to perform a specific action, you can copy, cut, or perform other tasks.
