1.) Create the desktop shortcut for the search query in Windows 8, 8.1 and Win-7!
Start the MS File Explorer and search for files, then create a shortcut on the desktop to the search result, eg by dragging and dropping. You do not have to wait until the search in the MS Explorer has ended.

4.) Print the explorer search results (file list).
