Where is my computer on windows 8.1/10  to manage files and folders (open, find, start)?

The "My Computer" is for many user a reference point on Windows 8 and "This-PC" on Windows 8.1/10 to manage files and folders!




You can use the shortcut [Windows logo]+[E] to start the Windows Explorer to see the "My Computer" in Windows-8 Explorer (... see Image-1 Arrow-1) .

On Windows-8.1 and 10 is called "This PC" (... see Image-2 Arrow-1)
You can also see the win 8, 8.1: Libraries [5], Documents [4], Downloads [3], Network [2], ....

By default, the My Computer icon does not appear on the Windows desktop. For many users, such an adjustment of the operating system is inconvenient for comfortable working.
