Especially users who use the Quad Explorer on the MS Surface have reported to me that they occasionally move the files between the folders in spite of the touchscreen calibration, this useful function is available from version 6.49. However, this must be activated, regardless of whether you do, move files and folders on the MS Surface, or on a simple Windows 10/11 desktop PC on, for example, a LG 21 inch ten-finger touch screen!
Activate the option Left mouse button Copy Move Confirm in Explorer Q-Dir!
3. Activate the option "L-mouse: confirm move file"
If you now have files or Moving or copying folders with the left mouse button or by simply dragging them on the touch screen comes up a confirmation prompt to prevent inadvertent moving or copying of file!
With "YES" allow to move or copy the data
With "No" cancel the move or copy data action
