Windows 10 drop-down menus are aligned to the left, why not right?

If you connect  a Touchscreen on your Windows 10 PC, here are some ways the drop-down menus aligned to the left side of the mouse cursor (pointer)!

This solution to customize the menu alignment is also for Windows 10 Pro, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7.

Change where menus appear on the screen by indicating which hand you write with.

If you want to change the Alignment run the command shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E} and select the Tab Other in the Tablet PC Settings.

And change from Right-Handle to Left-Handle or vice versa! (... see Image-1 Arrow 1 to 4)

If you do not want to start the command from the Windows-10 Run dialog,
You will also find the Tablet PC settings in the Windows 10 Control Panel.
