The solution to Open the Indexing Options, and Modify Indexing Options on Windows 10 all Editions!

3. Search Key [F3 ] + Enter : index
4. Select "Indexing Options"

The index uses the Windows Search service and runs as a Searchindexer.exe process in the background. The index is automatically rebuilt and updated to make changes to the selected locations since the last index rebuild to improve the search results. By default, indexing speed is reduced due to user activity. When the computer is idle, the indexing speed returns to full speed to complete indexing faster.
Windows-10 Indexing Options click Modify and check the mark in the check box of the folder that you want to have indexed or unchecked to remove folder from search index.

By default, Windows uses the index in the search to give you the fastest possible search results. The search index contains only your selected locations. These locations can be filtered by file type extensions, file properties, and file contents that you want to index.
