Possibly make that an option so the user can select whether this will be enabled. Explanation: We want to use QTP for multi-language. Our operators understand the (sometimes long) text in English, but the text in German needs to be added. Hence they want to be able to read the entire reference text in English in the 'menu-text' box. And then the German text in the 'text' box will be copied into the form they are working on.
