I am starting using Q-Dir and I have noticed that, when you make some changes (movement, delete) to a file, the action is effectively done but the file still appears in its original position and not in the new one unless you exit and re-enter its directory. Due to this you are not visually sure that the action has been really performed.
Am I wrong? Did I make any mistake in using it?

You probably have under XP.
with a restricted account
Q-Dir.exe as admin started?
Also I really like the great ability to customize the file-system syntax colors.
Improved and working "Preview Pane." What if I could set an entire quad to be a preview? Have you ever used built-in viewer inside of Total Commander or FreeCommander (FreeCommander, I think, embeds the AtViewer program)? Your viewer doesn't work on txt, htm, tif, wmf, tga; but it does display pdf, jpg, bmp, png. At least add the .txt to the Preview. And it does pdfs very quickly! Good job!
This works well on Win-XP. On the Win-2000 SP4 there are problems.
The program does not work. You can korrekt it? Thank you for the excellent program!
Copying or moving files from any dir locks that dir, blocking all other activity.
Finally I decided to uninstall Q-dir (ticked for remove the settings) on the two comps that I had it on and after that Windows Explorer started to behave very strange, crashed and took for ages to move files etc. I cant tell for sure that this had something to do with Q-dir but Im relatively sure it did since the same problem occured on two computers after uninstallation.

Creation of a new folder directly in a file/folder
List and inputting its name there, then pressing ENTER to confirm: the ENTER key does not work.
In order to see the change you need to force refresh F5.
When you try to drug a file, it just like you are not pressing the left mouse button. The file don't want to move. And if I do cut, I see it become transparent, when I press CTRL V, Nothing happened.
