On Windows 10 it is easy to place the CMD prompt practically at the Start menu folder!
Everyone can probably create a simple shortcut for the cmd.exe on the desktop, it is even more elegant to have the command prompt at hand in the start menu to remove it from the desktop if necessary to enjoy the desktop background in full splendor and then start it quickly to start the command prompt as administrator or standard user!
1. Click on both desktop shortcut of cmd.exe on the desktop!
(one after the other not both at the same time not possible)
2. And now just open Windows Start
3. Scroll down on the right side
4. And move it to position
5. by simply dragging and dropping actions

Starting from the command prompt as administrator or standard user can be so easy and not complex that this simple command prompt start can be implemented by any Windows user. MS-Surface users in particular benefit in tablet mode when prompted to start via the start menu and now you too!
